What we collect

This website does not use accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We collect only what is needed to deliver a purchase:

• Order details — the email address you enter at checkout, the product bought, and the amount paid. Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Creem) or by Ko-fi for the existing catalogue; card data never reaches us.
• Support emails — whatever you write to us, kept only to answer your question.

What we do not collect

No patient information. No medical records. No data about your facility's operations beyond what you choose to type into a template on your own computer — the files run locally and are not connected to us.

How long we keep it

Order records and invoices are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support emails are deleted within 24 months.

Sharing

We share order data only with the payment provider that processes the sale (Creem as merchant of record, or Ko-fi), and with tax authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your rights

Write to support@wuplab.com to request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. We answer within 7 days.
